As part of our continuous global expansion and commitment to offering our high-quality machinery and equipment to clients around the world, Bedrock Machinery is seeking an International Sales Manager. This critical role is vital for our company's success, as it will drive the growth of international sales and expand our presence in global markets. The International Sales Manager will be responsible for building and managing international customer relationships, establishing distribution networks, and driving sales of our machinery and equipment in diverse global markets. The International Sales Manager will supervise International Heavy Equipment and Attachments Sales Assistant.

The hired individual will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Develop and execute effective international sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and build relationships with international distributors, agents, and clients to expand our market reach.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive activities, and industry regulations to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to secure international contracts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, concerns, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to enhance international sales efforts.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
  • Keep abreast of industry regulations and trade laws to ensure compliance with import/export requirements.
  • Continuously expand product knowledge and stay updated on industry developments to effectively communicate the value of our machinery and equipment to potential clients

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (foreign educational equivalent acceptable).
  • 2 years of work experience analyzing and managing a company's sales distribution and inventory requirements for international sales.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
