LIMITED WARRANTY

This limited warranty is intended to cover defects in workmanship, materials, or both. Bedrock Machinery agrees to replace or repair any components found to be defective, providing they are related to materials or workmanship and are reported within 12 months of the shipping / invoicing date.

During this one‐year warranty period, the defect must become apparent due to normal use of the equipment. It should also be noted that hoses and shanks are specifically excluded from this limited warranty.

For Ripper products, shanks will only be repaired or replaced if they fail within thirty (30) days of the shipping / invoicing date. Furthermore, shanks will only be covered if damage occurs during normal use of the product.

Bedrock Machinery furthermore expressly denies all liability for incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages. This includes any loss of time or profits, direct or indirect, or any general damages resulting from a breach or warranty, either expressed or implied.

CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide Bedrock Machinery proper notice of a warranty claim.

The customer must contact either Bedrock Machinery or an authorized dealer immediately following the incident such that repairs can be made as soon as possible.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to maintain equipment as instructed by Bedrock Machinery and its subsidiaries and ensure all equipment is operated in a safe manner that is in accordance with its design. It remains the sole responsibility of the customer to terminate use of the equipment in the event of a defect in either workmanship or materials until proper repairs are made. Any damage stemming from the continued use of this equipment after breakage will not be covered by this warranty.

It is strongly recommended that customers keep any and all records and receipts regarding maintenance of their equipment. This will allow Bedrock Machinery to ensure that proper maintenance procedures have been followed.

Failure to follow any of the above procedures at any point may completely invalidate this limited warranty.
